Ottawa Airport Terminal

Ottawa Airport is a single terminal airport, being one of the major airports in Canada. 

PRESENT AND FUTURE 

Ottawa Airport’s Master plan comprises the evolution and development of the airport until 2020 which comprises the construction of a new terminal, a third runway, among others. 

It is also going to be a complete renewal regarding concessions: Food, beverage and retail.

Levels

Ottawa Airport Terminal has three levels. See the facilities distribution:

Level 1

This is the Arrivals level. Find here the Baggage Claim area, Police, Canada border services, information counters and transportation. 

Services: ATMs, currency exchange, lost & found, toilets, nursing room, chapel, water fountain, water bottle filling station. 

Level 2

Access to the boarding gates (14 to 28) and VIP lounges. 

Services: Food, drink, shoeshine, bookstore, toilets, adult change room, water bottle filling station. 

Level 3

This level stands for the boarding one, with check-in counters for both international and domestic flights, whilst there is also a separate area for U.S. Customs clearance with many services: Food court and observation area, among others.

LOUNGES 

Air Canada Maple Leaf Lounge: Service hours from 2h before first departure to the last departure. Services: Beverage, newspaper, snacks, TV, food. 

Location: Post-security, Canada/International Gate 18.

Ottawa Airport Terminal counts with several art displays from Canadian artists along its facilities.
